Magma 53 launch reading on Monday 4 June with Maura Dooley and Ian Duhig

We’d like to extend a warm invitation to readers of this blog to come along to the launch of Magma 53 on Monday 4th June at The Troubadour, Earl’s Court, London, as part of the Coffee House Series. This music-themed issue, edited by Rob A Mackenzie and Kona Macphee, is now available to buy from the Magma website and in bookshops.

The evening will start at 8pm sharp, at The Troubadour Café, 265 Old Brompton Road, London SW5 (near Earl’s Court Tube). Tickets are £7/£6 concessions; doors open at 7.30pm. Come early for the best seats, to have a drink, buy a copy of the magazine or chat to a member of the Magma team.

Many contributors to Magma 53 will be coming to read, and we’re also delighted to have as our guest readers Maura Dooley and Ian Duhig who both have poems in the issue.

Hope many of you can make it. We’d love to see you there.
