Our Selected Poet for Magma 86 is Nabeela Saghir and we are delighted to be able to share her reading her wonderful poems in the current Food issue of Magma. We hope you enjoy.

Writing on food, family and belonging, Nabeela Saghir is a poet and copywriter raised in the West Midlands and currently based in North-West London. Nabeela was selected for the Dynamo Mentoring Scheme run by Nine Arches Press in 2020, and has work featured in The Hellebore Press and Bitter Melon Poetry. Her debut pamphlet Let me make you something to eat was published in June 2022 by Fawn Press.
